So, I am at the 3rd boss atm and I'll hopefully edit this review as I go on in the next couple days.
IWHF2 is a gimmicky needle/adventure with good visuals and fitting music. As a fangamer you'll remember a few songs from other games but the music choices are alright so far!
The gameplay is pretty gimmicky with blocks that disappear 2 seconds after the player lands on them, slipperyness, wind and upside down/inverted control-shenanigans. So overall there is a lot of variety going on with (so far) pretty beginner-friendly needle gameplay.
However, there are a few things I did not like:
In the beginning of stage 3 is a series of pixel-perfect full jumps that feels out of place difficulty wise and overall pretty unnecessary. While the gameplay doesn't feel mean-spirited at all (there was 1 troll so far), some of the screen transitions are! Even though you get used to expecting a series of spikes when you enter the next screen, bad game design is bad game design. Put a save instead of spikes.
Sadly the bosses aren't really special too. So far, they're all .pngs with repetitive patterns and some nasty RNG. It's a good practice though.
Overall I am pretty motivated to keep playing this and I'm getting some Sunflower Fairy vibes, which is not bad at all!

The endgame has some of the most interesting needle gameplay I've seen so far in fangames and getting there is totally worth it in my opinion.
However, the visuals in the early game are really hard to look at, it felt like a screen got harder the more attempts I needed. Also the music sometimes loops at the most inappropriate parts. It would have been much better to just lower the volume at the end of each song and start the next loop with a lower volume. I know this sounds minor too some people out there but this really bothered me.

Short and silly needle game with 3 or 4 unbalanced save points. Level design and music are meh, graphics are alright.

Good Idea:
Take bad rooms from bad games and improve them, make them fun, make something enjoyable out of them. That would be a fun medley game and also a challenge for every game designer.
Bad Idea: Take tons of incredibly bad screens and MAKE THEM EVEN WORSE by adding the most awful music and death sound possible. The death sound is even more annoying than in I wanna be Anime for example.
Also this game becomes really hard later on, like hard enough to stop caring about this mess at all.
tl;dr Don't waste your time playing this. Chances are tomorrows games will be bad too, but still better than this.

I am glad there is an unplayable rating on this site, because this game is unplayable.
Precise jumps plus really bad visuals just don't work well together. I kinda feel bad for the guy who designed the stage on the right though. I would have given his stage a try, but that would mean I would have to go through the other stages too.
PS: The music choices are also lazy and terrible.
