This game is awesome, for one I absolutely adore the aesthetics of this game, the stages look AMAZING, the music is fantastic, and the atmosphere at some point it's mesmerizing, especially in the trigger stage, the final stage, and the ending. The gameplay itself is lovely, the gimmicks are pretty simple but are used very well throughout the game, the triple jump and low gravity stages are relatively basic compared to the others, but they are still very fun. I think the final stage is my favorite, auto jump gimmick is awesome and towards the end there's some really unique screens including mini avoidances, a race, and a memory game, all of which I loved. I can't recommend this game enough, it's short but sweet and truly a fantastic experience all around.

Maze is a one of a kind game, the basic premise is that the game has a bunch of branching paths leading to various rooms with more paths and you need to collect the various secrets around this world. There's a ton of different segments to the game, various underground bits, a water area, a huge room with a rising platform, and a stage up in the sky. Cyber's level design is pretty unlike anything I've seen in other fangames which leads to some really interesting screens like the one with spikes that chase you from the center, the avoidance-ish screen before the cloud boss, the aforementioned rising platform room and quite a few others, it's rare to spend long in this game without seeing something strange but honestly really cool.
The main selling point of the game of course is the bosses. There's quite a few, 10 if you count mini-bosses, and they are a highlight of the whole experience. The weakest one is King of King, it's like the definition of a one attack boss where prefinal is insane and the rest is pretty easy, but besides that I like them all. The Beatmania and Cloud bosses are chill and fun, and in spite of it's obvious issues, I really like piano. The boss has a lot of fun RNG reading and while Red Piano is complete bullshit, it encourages you to develop consistency at the bits which aren't luck based, and those parts are awesome. The best boss in my opinion is the Miku though, it's just great all around, one of my favorite avoidances in an adventure game with a good variety of attacks which feel great to play.
Maze is rather abrasive at times, at I think most people will not really enjoy what this game has to offer, but I at least think it's worth a try because for what it is, Maze is a really awesome game.

Somewhat standard adventure game containing 4 stages, each with a boss. They are all pretty good, the minecraft one is definitely a lot longer than the other two but they were still enjoyable even if the Yume Nikki stage is kinda all over the place. The whole thing ends with an okay avoidance, it's chill and honestly has some pretty neat visuals at times. The whole game has a pretty cute sense of humor as well which is always great to see. It's a fun time overall.

For: Glob
Glob is a pretty fascinating game, to put it simply, it's gimmick needle, but it feels unlike most other needle games I've played. There's only a few stages but each one brings something to the table which will take some thinking and adaptation to overcome. In particular I think the conveyor platforms, disappearing water, and the red fruit stages were the ones I had the most fun with, but basically everything was enjoyable. The game has pretty strange mechanics at times but the focus is very much on the core platforming, beyond understanding the gimmick every save will usually have something which is just genuinely hard, in particular the stage with the black blocks that change color when you get close has a lot of segments that are rather precise, occasionally in mildly uncomfortable ways, and it's definitely the thing that stands out the most about this stage. I think this helps the game in some ways, while it definitely gets off to a pretty mean start, basically every save feels meaningful and they usually have a lot of substance behind them to back that up, but I could see it being a little overwhelming if you don't have the stamina for something like this, which is very understandable.
Beyond just the gameplay there's a lot to appreciate here, the game is very pretty to look at and it has a lot of visual variety, also some sections, whether it be due to a spike formation or just the layout of the room, can feel a little unorthodox, which I think adds to the overall vibe of the game wonderfully. It's very much a gameplay centric experience in a lot of ways but some segments, especially the ending, feel as if there’s more going on under the surface even if it’s maybe hard to discern what exactly it is. In a lot of ways the game feels kind of alien, all of this adds up to make for a really fascinating experience. The game gets compared to Morning Dew a lot but I think it only really takes surface level things from that game, they are very different games with very different focuses, and what this game attempts to do it does very well, which is really all that matters.

Device is sort of the stereotype of an old LoveTrap inspired fangame, and to be fair it's extremely old, but at the same time it definitely does a lot of the common pitfalls that these types of games have, tons of flying spike traps which suck, unbalanced and often boring bosses and avoidances, and generally a lack of much to really distinguish itself or give it a personal identity aside from a few reoccurring things here and there like invisible spikes, and I suppose at this point the blue Miku is a bit of an icon. The game isn't completely horrible, but nothing really stood out to me as super enjoyable, especially when you get to extra where a lot of the content is notably worse than the main game. The final miku avoidance mostly comes down to two really unfair attacks, it's just not pleasant. Not the worst game but it definitely hasn't aged well which is unfortunate to see.
