I'm honestly not quite sure what to make of this game. It consists of 3 areas, 1 needle area, 1 boss, and 1 trap(?) area. Each death plays an awful sound clip that continues after you restart and overlaps with itself, so don't play with the audio on. The needle is atrocious and has traps, don't play it. The boss is okay? It's some sort of destination-like boss but it's not the best. The last area is very simple and just has a bunch of jumps from platform to platform where you have to time them, but that's really it. Getting every item gives you nothing except satisfaction, but do you have the strength to kill the non sugar?
