Second entry in the kermit serie and the easiest one. For me, it was a huge mix bag, with more positive sides than negative ones.
For the positive, the game is very unique. The atmosphere created by the music picks and the visuals give it a strong identity and even if I wasn't a fan of every song, I can't deny that I liked the try to stand out from other needleventure games. About the platforming itself, it's when it becomes a mixed bag : the game has a lot of areas and they are all very different from the others, but some was too unenjoyable for me (I'm especially thinking about the 32px area and a few dumb saves).
Same for bosses, some areas has bosses (not all of them for some reasons) but some was not very intersting or just not enjoyable. Special mention tho for the puppet master boss for being one of the best boss I have fought among all fangames. The final boss was also well-made and was a good ending to the game, especially because bosses are way easier than the needle, making them more like a break from hard platforming which is an idea I really enjoyed.
One of my main complaint toward the game is that stages are very short, most of them last between 3-5 screens. It makes stages you don't enjoy short enough to not be too annoying, but it also means that the good ones will be too short, and in the end none of them felt particulary memorable.
One a final note, the game has some traps but they were all annoying and didn't add anything to the game, some being even really dumb at the end of a hard save.

Overall, there are some good shit in this game and the stages I liked was imo very good, but there are too much things I found meh to give it more. If you want some needle on the hard side, this one could be a good pick if you can overlook what you will dislike.

If the grayscale stage, grayscale boss needle trial stage and first guy tower stage got nerfed/tweaked a bit, this game would have a 9+. Everything else is excellent.

To me, first impressions are EVERYTHING. This could be the best game ever made, and I still would low rate it if it had a dreadful start. The first thing you'll come to realize with this game is, the save points are few and far between. It's extremely unforgiving if you die and unless you don't die on the long hike to the next save point. you probably will be set back quite a ways. I'd LOVE to see this game through, I really would. From what I've seen and heard it's one of the better games. But, sadly, I can't. One mistake setting you back almost the length of 2-3 screens (Screens scroll in this) is just too much to handle. The lack of saves is the only thing keeping me from really rating this higher. Most of it's difficulty comes from a lack of saves early on instead of an actual challenge. If you count dying as "backtracking" it makes you backtrack more than Happil 2 does. So if you do take this game on, be ready for a long grind to get to the next save. The soundtrack, however, OH BOY THE SOUNDTRACK! It's by far the most amazing part of this game. I've never seen anything like it before. It's definitely the thing that has kept me going in my run. So, in conclusion, overall good game with an extreme lack of saves.

This game is really fun, even in the bad parts.
+Music is really good
+Really fun level gimmicks(shadow area, moon area, beach area, towers), really fun bosses with one of my favorite bosses i've fought(puppet kermit)
+Fresh needle that really feels unique along with each stage feeling unique in its design
+Good difficulty curve(even with unbalanced saves)
-The grey area feels weak overall. Didn't really like the area and didn't really like the boss. It's still decent though
-The two kermit heads boss with the flowers because that was dumb

Overall, highly reccommend you play this if you can because it's quite difficult but it's definitely an experience.
