Absolutely one of the fairest, most fun, and well-balanced fan games you’ll ever come across. Seriously. Its quality goes far beyond the surface level, you can appreciate the details in every layer below it. The gameplay is incredible for its time, and it still holds up to this day. A must play for any IWBTG enthusiast or platformer enjoyer in general.
The game has great animations, beautiful art, and some of the most entertaining boss fights I've ever seen. Cool-ass music, achievements, secrets, custom characters, silky-smooth framerate, collectibles, and the list goes on and on.

Now, before anything else, let's set one thing straight. This is not an easy game. Not even close.

And this one fact may even push some less-than-thrilled players to leave not so positive reviews out of a frustrating personal experience. However, do not let that persuade you away from this piece of art of a game. Despite being genuinely challenging, the game is surprisingly accessible thanks to its four difficulty levels. And these settings go far beyond the usual "remove one spike from the level" type of balancing.

The easier difficulties include many perks, such as alternate platforms and routes that make difficult sections much simpler. You also get features like auto-fire, bosses with half HP, and additional save blocks throughout the game. Meanwhile, hardcore players still get their insane higher difficulties, where every save block in the game is removed entirely. Not recommended for the faint of heart.

Now let's talk about the fights.
The first time I played through these bosses, it was a complete disaster, as it honestly should be. I was way too overconfident and bold at the time. I wanted to play on "Hardon Mode", the second highest difficulty on my very first playthrough, with nearly zero fangame experience.
Well. I got my ass handed to me.
However, after getting obliterated over and over again and eventually mastering every level, I began to realize something. Well, I died, but I actually messed up here.

Every single attack from every boss is dodgeable (you may even think that is impossible). But once you learn the patterns and iron out your reaction timing, once you eventually pull off that good old "gitgud" thing people always talk about, you start to see things differently, how everything might not be as bullshit as it originally seemed.

And speaking of patterns, one of my biggest gripes with many fangames is how often bosses are reduced to generic bullet hell encounters, where the boss itself is just a static JPG in the background while you dodge random apples and cherries flying across the screen. Those fights can still be creative, sure, but they become repetitive very quickly. Fortunately, this is not a thing you will see here. The fights go way, way beyond a JPG + music + apples. Special shout-out to the boss of World 5. Hands down, best boss in the game.

So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and give it a try yourself. I cannot recommend this game enough.

10/10. Well played, Solgryn.
I still hate this stupid cereal box, though.

This game was clearly made as a joke and it's incredibly funny/trollish.

BUT

It is still a very fun game, not all that hard, and was worth all the time and laughs it got from me.
