Its an extremely well executed adventure game with classic fangame roots all over the place.

The platforming is very puzzle heavy. For me, this was great but its something to be aware of before going in. The puzzles were in the right level to keep them interesting even for a seasoned puzzle player but still doable for a fangame player without much puzzle background. It was probably the highlight of the game for me, though the rest is still very good.

The bosses were mostly enjoyable and I appreciated that they felt easier relative to the platforming than many fangames where the ratio seemed not as favorable. There was one boss that I had a particular issue with and is worth being aware of if you have vision issues prone to blurriness as it has very dense effects which can make it very difficult to look at. The final boss really capped it off well with a set of interesting, memorable fights and the game closed out with a nice light-hearted touch which I feel like really encapsulates the fangame spirit.

Overall its an exemplary adventure fangame and really represents a lot of the traditional fangame aspects. Does it push the envelope? No, not at all, but what it does is take those traditional elements and refines them to an amazing degree, both in aesthetics and design. This is especially apparent in the comparison to its inspiration - it just flows and plays much better than See the Moon, keeping its strengths, trimming its faults and improving everything it can. Its definitely worth playing for anyone who likes adventure games at all.

First fangame review after many years of playing and watching them, just had to register to get my thoughts down.

The original I Wanna See The Moon is often recommended as a good intro fangame, and indeed it was my second clear. I always enjoyed the spirit of See The Moon, the exploration, picking up small powerups and keys to access new areas, backtracking to doors you saw before but couldn't get through. Truly, it was one of the original examples of what an adventure game is supposed to look like.

...that said, I never quite enjoyed it as much as others did. The game definitely feels old, rough around the edges, and poorly executed in places. The backtracking is awkward and unnecessarily repetitious, and the production is basic. It's absolutely worth playing, but it shows its age.

Denferok's successor, I Wanna Reach The Moon, absolutely captures the spirit of the original game while improving on the execution in every way. This truly feels like a modern rendition that retains much of the charm of See The Moon and even includes some similar gimmicks. The bosses are well-balanced and never felt like they dragged on for too long.

This is a must-play adventure game for fangamers, and while it's probably a bit too hard to recommend to first-timers, it's a great intermediate game.

Amazing adventure game with a lot of gimmicks (although the gimmicks in the factory area were completely nightmare for me) and a lot of puzzles.
The music choice is also fantastic and there's also a lot of cool references.
I would recommend it to everybody.

Outstanding adventure game which exceeded my expectations by far. Gameplay is super good and varies and ranges from classic platforming to timed sections and complex puzzles. The player also gets a fair share of bosses which are not too difficult nor tedious but are nice to look at. Visuals and especially the audio are top notch and create an atmosphere which actually give you the feel of being in an actual game world.

I will definetly replay this as soon as I forget the solutions for the puzzles!

Phenomenal adventure game serving as the spiritual successor to see the moon. Features several stages with cool gimmicks from various other fangames and a plethora of intricately designed puzzles. I really enjoyed solving every puzzle in this game although some of them were actually pretty difficult and can take some time if you're not the best at puzzles. There are also some bosses along the way that are really unique and well designed. They aren't particularly difficult but they are super fun and rewarding to beat. I definitely had the most fun in this game fighting the bosses, but the puzzly platforming was really cool as well. Most of the difficulty in this game comes from its puzzles. Actual platforming-wise it's closer to 40 than 50 although there are a few tight jumps in some spots. Anyway, this game was awesome and pretty much exactly what I expected. Denferok has certainly proved himself as one of the best makers we have in the community.
