Hyper-fast avoidance made for practice, I guess, in a similar manner as Scattered Faith, although this lasts much longer.
It repeats attacks a lot, and the attacks themselves also last for a while. It is very dense, and comes at quite a high speed. As such, this seems even more unreasonable than Scattered Faith in the worst case scenario, but basically everything is decided up to RNG, so have fun with that.
There are two portals, the one on the right leading to a much harder version of the original fight. The game also gives you godmode, so you can go through and see how little you can get hit. My first full run on the harder portal ended in a total of 403 hits.
Also yes, the I Wanna Take The Time Machine reference was intended, as the maker has seen Kamilia 2 before and used the song here.
