The first few screens of needle are the hardest, overall the needle isn't that good, there's quite a few squished gates which absolutely suck. There's also the fact that screen transitions aren't marked, so you need to guess which way you need to fall or go up.
The avoidance is quite short, but it has a really stupid first attack where cherries fly at a stupidly fast speed and can easily wall or insta kill you.
