this is me when people don't understand what this means
anyway this converts midis to iwm stuff with several options on how you want it to sound
if you don't know what a midi is: it's a basic as fuck music file, just with notes and pitches and timing.
super useful for avoidance levels
however with that out of the way i have come to discuss the nature of rating tools. there's so many things out there that have... questionable ratings i guess. This leads me to what rating tools should be: they should be rated on actual quality. so, to start that initiative, i am rating this a solid 8/10. usefulness: very. quality: okay.

very useful if you don't want people to go through the "hassle" of basic music file replacement.
it does take some effort to set up however. the default sound choices aren't really that great so you have to go through some trial and error to make it sound how you want it to.
