This is a collection of 30 avoidances, 28 of those being previous works by Hasi. It's compiled into one continous game with some light platforming between them. The avoidances are in chronological order so it gives an interesting perspective on Hasi journey as a maker. The avoidances have been balanced to be roughly around the same difficulty to avoid something like Shekq gating half the collection.
That being said, due to them being in chronological order, the first half almost exclusively consists of really boring avoidances. Hasi doesn't seem to care much about flow and likes putting a lot of standstill patterns. A lot of shapes coming from the middle and a surprising amount of non-attacks, where it seems like something interesting will happen, but the attack just ends without ever getting close to you. Combine that with standing in the left corner for four minutes as the same attacks are repeated over and over with very slight variations and it just ends up not being very interesting. There's also quite a few instagibs, but not as many as I thought there would be. The songs are nice at least.
Stuff like NA and REI were the only avoidances in this I would legitimately call good, but I did enjoy other avoidances like Z3 area and the nerfed Shekq. I really did dig how this game strung all the avoidances together, it did make it feel like a journey.
I really want to love this game, but so much of the content is the antithesis of what I enjoy in avoidances. This game does show that Hasi has improved as a maker over the years, I still would like to see more avoidances like NA, which both looks cool and flows nicely

A collection of Hasi's work. Gotta say the game put together has been very enjoyable with some tweaks here and there from your original games which makes it more enjoyable. The music selection is amazing and the breaks with needle here and there is nice. I give you full marks. Outstanding work.

started this with the intent of using it to get better with avoidance, and i think its helped me a decent bit in that area. i will admit tho, it is far from a perfect game. many times will the game just expect you to hop up on a platform or go to some area by creating a wall of cherries without any real prior warning, and many times did i have to consult videos from pyuw or fruitless (shoutout to them) just to find out how to counter some instagib or generally unpredictable shitass move some of the avoidances pull on you. grievances aside, the music is fun, the needle breaks inbetween groups of the avoidances is always refreshing as someone who prefers needle to avoidance, and its a fun way to have a look at hasi's history of avoidance making. despite my frustrations here and there i think ill look back fondly on my time with this game
altho one thing i will never understand is why hasi decided to letterbox the whole game (as in the smushed aspect ratio, if theres somehow an actual explanation for this id love to hear it)
