Everyone should be wondering this, so here we go:
울의해안에는조심해 = 울의 해 안에는 조심해 or 울의 해안에는 조심해
= Be careful of the sun inside the wool / Be careful of the coast of the wool
(This sentence doesn't even make sense because the context of the word '울' is ambiguous, and the spacing between the characters '해' and '안' isn't clear. It means 'coast' when there's no spacing and 'inside the sun' when the spacing is present. I'm guessing that the first part is cut off for some reason so probably '울' is actually something like '서울' = Seoul, which is the capital of South Korea. Then the sentence can be translated into: Be careful of the coast of Seoul, but this is my little assumption.)
