A perfect homage to La-Mulana in a shorter format that's only one area, making for a great introductory meal if you're curious about these ruin exploration games. It's got a nice difficulty that leads to reasonable puzzles while also still feeling rewarding to get through. For the newcomer, the game features a special tool allowing you to examine tablets and read the hints they have; for veteran explorers you'll be delighted to see there's plenty of inspiration from the games applied to the puzzles.
I also think it's worth noting you don't need to play IWBTG Fangames to play this. It doesn't control like one, meaning anyone who is just a fan of puzzle games can enjoy this as well. Looking forward to recommending it to random folk when they need a break from Nigoro's madness.

This game is a really sad case. This could have been like a 9.6 or something, but the debug keys that everyone else is complaining about really soured my experience. I was about to give it like 6.6 but in the end I beat the final avoidance but realized that I had godmode on when I was looking at my footage. This really annoyed me to the point where I'm giving this game a 2.6. I would highly recommend this if the debug keys don't bother you, but to me the game became really unbearable. I'm not even usually the type of person to drop this many points because of a technical issue.

This fight is pretty good overall but I found some things a bit clunky and not super satisfying to play. There's some pretty neat attacks and most of the reading centralizes around bullets moving in somewhat unconventional ways, which is an interesting challenge. A lot of it is nice but there's also quite a few attacks where even when I passed them they just didn't feel super good to pull off, and dying feels even worse. It makes for a game that's definitely cool but didn't feel amazing to play, especially the section before the first chorus which I definitely think is the weakest part of the whole game. Still I would certainly say it's worth playing, there's a lot to love here even if it isn't my favorite thing ever.
