The kid drank way too much milk and all that calcium caused an abnormal growth to him. He must now escape the milk factory alive to tell the tale.
6 jump gimmick needle in which the kid is stretched on the y axis and you just have to do a couple gates variations, the last one being the hardest. The change in size can throw you off at first, but since the jump height is the same, you'll get used to it quickly.
Also this apprently comes from that milk ad in which the teacher becomes a huge ass rocket and fires herself towards a student, crazy shit

After becoming a japanese citizen its time for the kid to serve his country in war, flying in the worst war jet ever created!
Fun little minigame where you fly a jet and avoid apples for 30 seconds before teleports start appearing randomly. The catch is that you can fly in all 4 directions except up, so if you go down you stay down.
Thankfully the cherries are usually slow and not spammed, meaning it's not too frustrating and actually kinda fun.
This one probably comes from a japanese budget famicom game hence the graphics and the music that hurts my ears.
