Based on 100 % clear (and on minimal difficulty, which is Easy in this game, but afaik difficulty of bosses remain the same). Cool adventure. Didn't expected too much at the start, but was gladly surprised. A lot of fun ideas, really cool bosses for most part with unique gameplay, funny vibe through whole platforming. Traps are kinda heavy there in terms of presence, but i was never bored or exhausted. Also liked searching part of game, where you trying to find ways from hub in new areas. Final boss is very good conclusion to game, and just awesome boss in general
Also there is Extra, which is boss rush with buffed bosses from main game - they are mostly changed fine, except maybe final one, and they are not that hardly buffed, so it was chill for most part. EX Final Boss is interesting and driving Gustav-like type of fight, it was also not that hard (but definitely hardest thing in the game tho), quite learny, and i find it really enjoyable
So yeah, i just have no complaints basically. Great journey. My only problem is maybe some strange Red Dude boss and his buffed version - it has somewhat of uncomfortable combos of attacks, which are feels kinda awkward. But it's not thaaat bad, and you know, it's like really small when you look back to entire game. Can recommend for anyone who love to had fun with old adventures

Uneventful, and one of aqua’s lowest moments. The fangame again attempts visual variety, ranging from to the standard one, to ok, to awful. Platforming is extremely inconsistent and does not correlate really well with the implemented gimmicks, and the traps worsen the experience. The “I WANNA BE THE GUY” screen in the yellow stage is particularly atrocious since it depends on trial-and-error learning to activate the most illogical and least intuitive triggers to progress, and the triggers are not funny either.
The game has four main stages in total plus a final stage, and the only potentially likable one is the last stage, although that one has also its share of dumb trap moments. Green stage is the runner up with consistency saves and a partially sensical difficulty distribution. I’d be ok with red if the platforming wasn’t so generic, the traps would be less abundant, and the horrible background design didn’t make everything look like computer diarrhea.
For this game, the most interesting things to discover are the bosses and, again, the final boss is the least bad of them all.
Avoid.

kinda sad it's impossible to resize the window so you forced to play either fullscreen or in a small window. This is strange though. Other studio games I've played have the window resize feature built in :\

Rating doesn't include extra because I haven't figured out the way to enter yet. One of the rare decent needle game in Oct. The maze stage is completely unnecessary though.

Mainly an old-school trap game, with a couple bosses and an avoidance. The Ryu boss was fun and I liked the cloudy area a lot, but I wasn't a big fan of the surprise flower avoidance, which has a rather slow beginning. The inferno area had a couple too tight spike cycle saves back to back capped off with a slow and boring block ride. Finally, the last boss, while it has decent and simple attacks, is brought down by trying to reference the SMW Bowser fight, including its main problem - 10 seconds of unskippable waiting for each phase of the boss to begin attacking, which gets stale really fast.
Overall a short fun trap game, not without its flaws, but still enjoyable.

Sometimes I get more frustrated at good games with missed potential than bad games, and this is one of those cases. Travel the Mario World is still a decent game, with great production value and lots of good ideas - but it's brought down by a number of small irritating details, such as the jankiest shell bouncing ever, cycles and P switch races that are a little too tight, the classic last trap / kaizo block at the end of a long section, and the final boss having a pretty unfair parting shot go quickly to the right once you kill Mario!
Still a solid adventure, although not for beginners and impatient needleheads.

Pretty great fangame with some funny traps. Avoidance was a fun short one, but HP didn't feel needed. I liked this one, even if there were a few parts of the platforming that were a bit tight.
