I heavily advise you to use autofire for the final boss. It is way too tanky and has a lot of waiting time to attack again. Even the maker does it if you look at clear videos on this game on Nicovideo. For the gray fruit attack I would pause abuse to see which direction the fruits will move without getting gibbed in half a second.
Overall I found this game to be a huge mess, but the last stage was funny to explore and figure out what to do.
