The game has two stages. The first stage is mostly pure needle + platforms, with the last save involving a gravity flipper. This save really sucks if the correct method for the drop isn't intuitive for you. Hint: hit the gravity flipper from below. I stand by what I said about this save being unfathomably stupid: a 10-second run-up of nothing platforming only to die to a trial-and-error jump.
The second stage introduces vines and water. The jumps begin getting precise here. Pathing isn't really an issue, so it's mostly a matter of execution. Personally, I found the level of precision to hinder my enjoyment, and would have much preferred easier but longer segments.
There are a couple of small skips throughout both stages, but they're minor (partial segments). Sometimes there appear to be larger ones possible, but there are invisible killers, so don't bother trying those.
Would recommend to players who like more precise manoeuvres in their needle.

a single screen that can be cleared easily by save jumping
also because the first jump requires a save jump the very hard and impossible difficulties are actually impossible

You would like to play some good needle games before attempting to make one. There are actually several design patterns that makes needles much better with almost zero effort. I'm pretty sure you can make better one next time!
