The needle design doesn't matter, because this game has touch saves and the respawn movement bug. You will not line up a single fucking jump, you will accidentally save midair, WHILE JUMPING FROM THE SAVE, you wil not have any fucking fun.

It's really not that good. It's 4 rooms of needle in a clockwise layout, the needle is generic, nothing really fun. The last save absolutely sucks, it has 3 ass jumps that are going to eat up your attempts, mainly the extended scrotum at the end of the save.
