This game was published on Axfc on 2015-12-19, and thus it is unknown who published game. Although there is some information given by author that is a bit interesting.
First of all, description on Axfc says:
'簡単だよ！
だってアイワナの全自動だもんｗ'
Which means:
'It's easy!
Because it's fully automatic with Aiwana. lol'
Then there is a '余談.txt' ('additional remarks.txt' , I guess?), which has more info:
'このアイワナは全自動です。
難しいアイワナばかり作ってきたので、たまには簡単なものを作りました。
どうぞ遊んでください。

So, I guess this is not author's first game, but I am not sure whose game this is. Title screen is very oddly designed and style itself does not ring a bell for me.

Yep, there is not much more going on here. After you beat the game you get until the clear screen where there is '58 END' (or whatever are first 2 symbols) and Japanese text 'どうだった？' that says 'How did it go?'
To answer to your question, author of this game: Meh. Interesting concept around conveyor bells, but that is it. Title screen is whimsical but you can see how it is lazily made (you can see slight of yellow from the original title of the engine I think). Also this game is kind of slow and tedious.
Does not feel that satisfying to clear.
As for difficulty I am gonna give 1 difficulty since you can move, so you can mess up something and die on accident. Other than that it is indeed 0 difficulty game.
Would not recommend.

What can I say about this game it's just disastrous like the other 6 I guess but hey the music and bad the gameplay and so bad it's horrible didn't play that!!!
