this game was quite fun. the songs are nice, most of the bosses are pretty easy. however there a lot of questionable parts of the game and some of the gimmicks (especially the visual challenge stage). i didn't really like the final boss tho because it felt really repetitive and boring.

Realizing 7 years after playing that you never actually fight Kamek despite him being built up throughout the game. The hell is up with that.
Good game with some pacing issues near the end. I find the last two stages to be way less interesting than the stuff before it, to the point where once the Fangames stage is done I'm wishing the game would just be over already. However considering the game was made for a niconico speedrunning event and the structure was restrained to keeping the stage order the same as the schedule for that event, I can't find myself being too hard on it. It's still a fun game with some very solid stuff.

I completely cannot understand the second to last save of the extra level. I have died over 4400 times on this save (my death count was 7600 at the time of clearance), and I believe its difficulty is as high as 90.

The sequel that was made 2 years after the original game came out.
This time the puzzle is different, and it is quite obscure. Luckily, there is a file called 'A.txt'. Open it up and it literally says: 'キーボードのAを1分間押しっぱなしにしてください' aka 'Please hold down the A key on your keyboard for one minute.'.
Yup, that is it.
The game's visuals, title screen and even the title of the window is identical to the original game, up to the point that I have to give this game difficulty 2 because the loading screen is harder than the actual game.
It is cool that you can beat game quicker than the first game, but the solution is just not adequate. And reading the file of the solution kind of kills the point of this game, in my opinion. But without the hint, the game is not worth it.
Also the laziness to leave even change the title screen is quite sad.
This is a free clear for you, but it does not have much in it, unfortunately.
Would not recommend.
Edit 22/07/2025: I just realized that the file with an answer is actually a hidden file. I have set up my computer so that I see all hidden files. If you have not enabled this option, you might not see this file, so keep that in mind.
