One of the treasures of the early days of IWBTG fangames. When I first saw this game, I genuinely thought it was one of the direct sequels to I Wanna Be The Guy. That was before I discovered the fangame community and its many members (which has since exploded in number.)
By today's standards, Ultimatum is very lacking in terms of gameplay and design. However, the charm of it is burned into everyone's memory from the unique death sound effect and the soundtrack that sounds good compared to the usual Guy Rock, but in jarring 15-second loops.
The mouse gimmick is not explained in the game anywhere, and you wouldn't know how to pass it at all without looking it up or being in the know on the forums.
It's in perma-beta, but forever an icon among fangames.

3 stages of pretty mid needle, the second and third stages were massive difficulty spikes and the jumps were quite weird to do. I liked the visuals
