Some kind of needle-adventure esque game with a few absurd platforming moments. This was apparently a collab between GRN and ベリー (Most known for making Sadist) which according to the readme was his tutor.
Right at the start, you can choose between 2 paths: The lengthy needle path or a bunch of water gates in a row. I've checked the right path and there seems to be nothing there but a single gate and a save, and this was apparently how the next stage would have started but it never got updated since.
The only boss here is a big fruit that you need to shoot three times but everytime you do you've gotta do the cycle again featuring various needle jumps and the infamous diamond jump at the end.
It ends off with this factory stage featuring 5 screens with this cool gimmick where you press a button and it opens a new path while the other path disappears. The thing what makes this hard to do each time is that there's no save inbetween each screen, and there are a lot of jumps which you could easily choke on.
It's pretty stupid needle that I wish that it would have been continued, but sadly this never happend.

EDIT: The filesize seems to be around 40 MB now.
As for the game itself, it's absolute trash. The only redeeming factor about this is the left middle stage which looks okayish and has some effort put into it compared to the rest.

After i got that roll in K2mania, i thought this is gonna be like "ok, i heard there is some BS, i can get through without much of a problem, i hope"
Welp, my mistake, this game was a lot worse than i could imagine, platforming sucks almost all the way, and it's also not easy, bosses themselfs okayish before the last boss. Last boss is quite a big garbage pit, no less. I recommend to avoid this game.

Game is basically a hub with portals to various stages. Most of the stages are either low-tier needle, trigger traps, or a combination of the two. Unfortunately, the traps are pretty bad and consist of flying spikes that must be memorized, which also inflates the game time. Once all stages in the hub are cleared, a final stage portal opens up into a neat looking "Cave Story" themed needle area. The final boss is an avoidance with a very slow and boring opening attack that takes far too long.
There's a few bosses in some of the stages, not all, and they are pretty basic and dull. The production is decent, nice visuals and relaxing music, but the platforming never really gets good, and mixed with flying spike traps from years past just makes parts of the game a slog.
