I wanna be the Boshy is the most complete IWBTG fangame.
It's a fun adventure game packed with early internet humor that contains 11 worlds inspired in other videogames, 13 bosses, several minibosses and avoidance sections, many gimmicks, very unique graphics and unlockable characters, cds and items.
This game has a different engine than the rest of IWBTG fangames. Boshy's hitbox is the whole triangle, both his jumps feel heavier and shorter, but don't worry, a couple hundred deaths should get you accustomed to it.
90% of the platforming is fun to do, but most worlds have that one screen that makes you wanna rip your nuts off, but it's overall pretty fair.
The bosses are all amazing and fun to learn & play, but really fucking hard, be ready to dump hundreds if not thousands of deaths into each boss. Solgryn, the final boss, is the best example of this. He's definitively the hardest boss to learn but the most fun to replay.
The only part I don't like is that most bosses have 1 bullshit attack that is very hard to dodge to the point it feels random, but what are you gonna do, no game is perfect.
The game is kinda janky, but not in a bad way, you can do a lot of skips and glitches to gain advantage, the most famous one is probably the double shot glitch, if you press the shoot button and a directional movement key at the same time you'll shoot twice at the same time, you can bind your up or down key to the same key as the shoot button to make every shot double, this comes in handy to mash down bosses that are close to you. I don't recommend doing any in your first playthrough to get the full boshy experience, but don't hesitate if you get desperate.
All in all, it's an essential fangame and everyone that's into IWBTG must try it.
