Great art, music and gameplay. It generally feels smooth to play on. Yeah, and the very based opinion on fangames out there. :D
One minor complaint: that blue, pixel-themed level is kinda hurting my eyes. The visually laggy bullet really don't fit in my brain. :<

Decent needle, particularly good block trap. Yet, the green part spams quite some 16px and that is not fun. And I skill-issued quite a bit at moving apples and spike. The boss pattern is basic, but it's old tho.
Finding secrets are not so fun. I would recommend finding them at YouTube.

The BGM and the tileset gave me a sad mood successfully. It has a nice story that you will seldom see in other fangames. Yet it is a bit monotonous.
