Just a kinda crappy but easy boss with two phases and multiple attacks for each phase with a god awful warp screen before it. In the thumbnail, 90% of those portals are fake so you just have to wander around aimlessly until you find the right one, or the load game one. It's trash, but using the bubbles that fall down to hit the boss was kinda fun.
