I chuckle every time I see this game streamed, even in the mid 2020s. I remember watching it in early development and even trying my best to test it at times.

I was never good enough to beat even one boss, as I recall. But the insane difficulty was one main reason why people seemed to love it.

I was always impressed with the many gimmicks, and the advanced use of surfaces to produce effects like ripples and confusing, overlapping views. This game was well ahead of its time.

I do not care for the jumpscares, though.

An incredibly creative and interesting, but horribly hard sudoku-ish game (for the content I've seen, I can't rate this below 75 in terms of difficulty). A remake of this game with acceptable difficulty (and without the awful tijit engine's low possible window size) could be very fun though.
