This game was quite the journey. Plenty of reviews done on it. I'm just stating that I really enjoyed the game despite the traps. The bosses were decent as well.

Damn, what a fantastic trap game, even though I don't have the skill to beat it, I've seen multiple videos of it and I was genuinely amazed by how well made this was. It's unfortunate how this game was made in 2015, there hasn't been a fangame with so many creative traps since then. Either way, the only problem with it is that some bosses are a complete chore to beat. (Ahem... Lakitu) Aside from that though, it's pretty much perfect.

This might sound shocking, but metamorphosis is one of the few games where I actually wasn't annoyed by traps, can't really tell you how that happened though. Traps aside, this is a super long adventure, consisting out of intro stage + 4 stages long hub + final level. My biggest complain is lakitu boss in one of the hub stages. Final boss is epic and SourPls.

There are a lot of cool traps and creative ones, the stages are individual and interesting in their own way.Of the minuses, the presence of such a thing as the Penalty Area in one of the stages, which at first seems funny, and then it is a common waste of time and an annoying factor. A huge number of RNG bosses, Jugeru as a clear example.The final boss is delayed and has inherently a couple of useless attacks, which when you know about they just waste your time.And overall it's a good game even now.
