I did some noodling and enjoyed doing it.
All around a pretty decent needle game, I do think the last stage with the one save rooms kind of felt a bit lesser than everything else, but besides that everything was pretty interesting and nothing was too typical of a needle game.

Really good needle with a lot of uncommon and cool maneuvers. It's mostly vanilla needle with a few vines, water or platforms here and there, but the visuals and the style make it kinda unique and pleasant to play.

Jestre's needle has improved steadily over time, and I'm a big fan of his most recent works so I decided to look back a bit. This one is a bit rougher but still generally good moderate-hard needle that for the most part stays interesting.
I'd recommend looking at his newer games first, but if you're still out for more after that this is worth the time.

Pretty standard needle with few gimmicks. Nothing really wrong with it, but it feels less inspired than the later games in the series. The difficulty balance is also kind of out of whack - the final stage is a series of fairly difficult single save screens, so if you're not the consistent type, I can see it being a major difficulty spike.

Really well made needle game with a lot of interesting jumps and good save flow. However, the final stage suffers from a large difficulty spike due to using only single save screens. The final screen is particularly irritating. Remember kids, "squishing" a jump by adding minispikes, or turning a spike on its side, etc, does not create a more interesting jump. It simply creates a more precise jump, generally in a relatively unfun manner. The final screen is full of stuff like this, and it's one really long save. Not a good combination at all.
The rest of the game is very solid though, and much better balanced than this creator's other games. Recommended for those looking for a good needle game.
