Since I know this happened to a couple people but I forgot about the method:
If you get savelocked somewhere, you can fix it by warping back to hub (precise if you're inside a spike but possible), locating your savefile (AppData\Local\needle) and deleting the RoomData file. You'll start the area from the beginning instead of your last location when re-entering.
(Habluka was the organizer and pretty sure also the only coder, I literally just made my screens/visuals and nothing else so not really the creator)

Nine-stage needle game with minimal gimmicks. The stages encompass a wide range of needle styles, including pathing, corridor, precision, short-save, mid-save, and long-save. Because of the difficulty, there are generally precise jumps on just about every save.

My favourite stage has to be Tuhka's; the saves are fairly short, but the jumps flowed quite nicely, and were just the right level of precision to leave some room for error. I wasn't much a fan of the corridor-style stages, though, of which there are a few. An honourable mention goes to JGB's stage, which had some very interesting precision jumps that were fun to learn and execute. Thankfully I didn't get stuck on the final save of the stage for too long, or else I might have felt differently.

I'd recommend checking out the stages that look fun to you and skipping the rest.

This is a big needle collab during the 9 makers,each stage has different features.On the whole the game is amazing and the quality could reach "I wanna thread the needle" in some way,but details are not handled so well as that game.Personally speaking,Cheese stage and Tuhkakuppi stage are my favorite stages,the two stages are as decent as the other games of the two makers.Nader stage,Habluka stage and Plasma stage are also very fun.But Ario stage,Ipe stage and Electric stage are probably my less favorite stages.JGB stage is a bit special.The first 3 rooms are the type that I can enjoy,but the last room,huh,it almost destroyed the entire game.Each jump is very precise and some jumps are even dumb,especially on such a long save.That room was so unbelievably hard that it took me nearly 3.5 hours,I can't stand this rooom at all tbh.If this room doesn't exist I may rate a higher score(probably ~8.5).Would recommend some stages I like.

The hub in the game itself, taking into account the number of manufacturers, the opening of access to the final directly pushes us to the relationship with I wanna thread the needle.
It's a pretty solid game in which the visual component is not a strong point, but from the point of view of the needle itself and jumping, it's interesting.In this collaboration, each creator is different.A simple needle, a needle with vines and water,long preservation,short.There is everything in fact. But in each stage there are very precise and difficult jumps, regardless of whether they are longer or shorter.
All are not bad in their own way, in fact I did not like only one, the Ario stage, since almost every save ends with a fall, well, the final save is quite difficult with an unpleasant fall and maneuvering again
Of my favorite stages, I will note the Tuhkakuppi,Plasmanapkin stage.
I especially want to highlight the JGBmaster stage, which is also the final stage.The 4th screen already stands out in terms of difficulty, but the final screen is a complete torment.I consider this a mockery, since the complexity of this screen surpasses any crimson needle 1 and 2 screen. Each jump is insanely accurate, alignment is important in almost every jump, and it is long, consists of about 13 jumps. Why such complexity was done in a game with an approximate complexity of 76 is unclear to me.I've been stuck here for 6,000 deaths, and it's unclear how long it's been, but I've been feeling wildly irritable.It happens that you are lucky, but this is the case when I died everywhere, on the last jump, on the penultimate time 6, absolutely everywhere and everywhere. If this screen was not the last one in the game, I would hardly have played it at all.It's not bad in quality, but it's just not fair to do it in a game like this with such complexity.

As a preface, while it didn't affect my rating, it's worth noting I was relatively disappointed by this game as I went into it expecting something a lot less conventional than what it is. With the name and the insane makers list, I was quite interested in this game, but in reality it's just a hard needle collab of mostly vanilla needle.

At the end of the day my biggest issue with this game is a lack of identity, the only stages that really feel distinct are the final two and I don't even think they are very good, just different. Lots of kinda annoying jumps scattered about, in some ways it reminds me of CN1 but it's also much more reserved. The game just doesn't really have any personality which is a shame, because there's nice things about this game, it just is far too simplistic and doesn't benefit from that simplicity to be interesting in my opinion. Even removing my expectations and judging it for what it is, I do not recommend this game.
