Bummer kept saying lap around minus one screen was different from lap around so I updated it to be lap around minus all screens.
Other than that, the true end is basically me trying to make the needle style I dislike the most (ultra long) into something I could actually tolerate (so the jumps are more precision style instead of just 'kinda nothing' like in normal ultra long saves).
Kind of unnecessarily edgy ending but nobody seems to have complained so far, so whatever. Definitely changing in the eventual gm8.2 remake though.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy it. It's like a punishment for not playing Lap Around beforehand, because I had to learn the original jumps after original jumps, which is very exhausting and annoying. I also didn't like that there are many awkward jumps that look super easy but I couldn't get used to. Would recommend if you want some neat tweaks on Lap Around, but don't expect a clean long save like Cope Needle, or Really Long Save.
