The title can be translated into 'Common Avoidance'.
Only one video of this avoidance (not the avoidance itself, but just the existence) remains on the internet anymore, because the creator deleted their Naver blog posts in around mid 2022. As far as I remember, the game was not even finished, and was not released by the creator. We can only assume that they gave it to their friends, but even then there's no evidence of it. I'm 95% sure this is a completely lost media.

Unfortunately, the video was not taken to backup the avoidance itself, but rather just because to show the page of where the video was hosted: https://blog.naver.com/oce000/140195471163
The video was uploaded on 2013/08/18, was 1 minute and 7 seconds long, and used standard engine for the time.
Avoidance was kind of similar to the Fruit boss from 'I wanna Title' (or similar also to another unfinished Turret's avoidance: '코드네임제로') and had similar type of soundtrack (kind of like Newgrounds style). It is hard to remember exact song, but if I had to go off the other games of this author, presuming that he reused the songs, then maybe 'Infernoplex' was the song (which was used in 'I wanna be the Unknown') or something like that.
Game had kind of generic attacks, which may or may not have used some spike assets as well.
Author was contacted in 2020, and then after they deleted the blog, they completely disappeared, making it impossible to have more answers about the context of this game, which is quite unfortunate.
