Kid wants to have a go at adventure island on the Famicom, but hes not allowed to play until he shows he can swim on 1 pixel of water on the cieling.
Nothing too special here, just a bunch of mashing shift while also spamming numpad to cancel and stay in the water. Curious, but nothing too impressive.
