One post by the creator remains in Naver forum cafe as of writing this. From the post, I could find:
1. It was posted to Naver in 2014-10-19 17:59.
2. There is an image of very low quality, I don't know if it's the very first screen of the game.
3. It's a needle game.
4. The download link existed as a dropbox link, which isn't available now. But from the comments, some people did download and play this. Apparently there is an 1.5 invert in the game, and there is a secret way to avoid doing it. There are gravity arrows instead of required cancel jumps in the secret way.
5. There is a password for unzipping a reward game called 'I wanna meet the nosound barrage' if you beat it, which is another game by the creator.
I tried to find the creator, but I couldn't, they left the forum cafe and disappeared from the internet, at least in the name of '두투'. I highly doubt that this will ever be found.
