I'm not very good at writing long reviews so I'll keep this one short.
A monolithic achievement in the history of fangames, in my opinion. There is such a vast display of talent in this game, and it's very clear to me that everyone who worked on this project did great in some way or another. The third section of this game is definitely the best thing I've ever played in pretty much any platformer. The scale and creativity is simply unbelievable.. the visuals and atmosphere, too. Thank you to everyone who helped make this game.
Edit: I have 100% this game (or at least of whats known)! I would not recommend it to anyone but I'm very happy that I did, and I'm proud of myself for the accomplishment. This game has a really different feel to it than the other CN game, I think touhoe's review very accurately puts it into words. Replaying chapter 3 made me remember just how lonely it feels. haha, I started crying while writing this, so I think I'll stop here. Rest well, blue.

Not only my favorite fangame but also my favorite game of all time. The quality and emotion packed into the visual storytelling and moment-to-moment gameplay across the game is truly unprecedented. It’s a deeply lonely journey that manages to convey a profound, sustained grief for one’s past goals, values, and sense of self. Yet, it is the happiest and most unabashedly bombastic celebration of the art of platforming I’ve ever seen.
I don't really know how to describe this game. It's 1000x more powerful than the sum of its parts but I am unable to fully articulate the emotions behind this statement. I could easily write 5000 words or so, maybe 20k would be tricky, but I still wouldn't be able to come close. This game means a lot to me.

The main bulk of this game consists of a very large amount of content that all tends to vary from each other by large amounts. With mass variation like that, it's not unlikely to have a couple things you don't like. In my case I enjoyed almost all the platforming, but had a pretty bad time with most of the bosses, though there were 2 that I did have fun with, one of them being my favourite piece of content in the game. I'd recommend this game to pretty much anyone, even if you don't want to play the game in it's entirety, you will most likely find something you can enjoy.

There are almost no complaints about the main game except for 85-87, there are extremely difficult timings at the end, undeservedly, which you cannot know in advance and you will most likely die there. I also want to speak out about the 100th floor, what I don’t like most about this floor is that you don’t see where you are jumping when moving to a new segment, I died a lot because of this. I would like to separately highlight the second half, where all the most difficult things are, a stupid fangamer habit that is present everywhere and spoils everything
