Super fun gimmick needle game. Every gimmick and every save is executed very well, especially in terms of weaving through the needle itself and thinking about how to use the gimmicks. I really loved the last stage which has all the gimmicks presented, always a good finale. My minor gripe is that the black block gimmick is a bit much compared to the others, but like, it didn't even affect the rating since it's also the most fresh one in the game. A must play.

Lucster is really good at making some really neat gimmicks, I also think the needle in this game just feels really nice to play. It's short and sweet and there's a lot to love about it, I think the volatile water, sticky blocks, and final stages are the best parts of the game. Well worth your time and a very awesome Secret Santa game.

After how much I loved Hypnagogia, I've been really excited for what Lucster puts out. I didn't expect too much for this, being a secret santa game, but I was pleasantly surprised. The game is much longer than you would expect for something made in a month, having four stages and then a final stage (albeit, the final was made after secret santa).
The gimmicks on display are relatively simple, and yet they're creative and extremely fun to play around. Explosion water managed to both be a funny idea, and one of the most enjoyable gimmicks I've seen. I also loved the unique take on sticky walls. I was a bit apprehentious of these at first, but my doubts were misplaced, as that stage was incredibly fun and I wound up loving the gimmick.
The game also has a well made atmosphere, an intriguing hint of story, and a good sense of humor. I was surprised every time I found myself in the middle of a joke rather than needle, and I felt like these added a lot to the experience. The apple align bit was both an interesting way to end a save, and extremely funny.
In the end, what I expected to be a small simple game turned out to be one of my favorite gimmick needle games. This is an extremely easy recommendation for any needle fans.
