This is a stand-alone .exe of ゆず湯 (Yuzuyu) stage from 'Etude 02 - I wanna sound s e p.'. This game was made by author himself. It was compiled on 16/02/2022, judging by the .exe date, and for those, who have already played other games of this author, will notice that this is author's engine, that was used in other games. This engine did have several changes throughout the production. The earliest instance where you can see this author's work is from 12/January/2022 'I wanna magical Snowspace'. Although this specific version of an engine seems a bit closer to what is in 'I wanna Chatte' (15/05/2022) or 'I wanna Armagendo' (10/August/2022), but is not quite yet what is in 'I wanna LoveChu' (04/December/2022), with notably missing Camera Replay function that exists starting from 'I wanna LoveChu'.

This .exe was published in author's Discord server, that I am not sure if even exists now.

You can see that title screen is very simple - just gray background with 'I wanna sound s e p yuzuyu Stage' title (.exe is still called 'Etude 02 - I wanna sound s e p - yuzuyu Stage' though). This whole thing was most likely just a testing thing on importing already existing avoidance.

Oddly enough, there is one key difference in this engine, that I have not seen in other games. There is an option 'Stream', that has Fruit icon that can turn in blue colour.

I have beaten this .exe twice, and I tried to play with and without this option, and I am still unsure what exactly it does if it even does anything at all.

As for the gameplay itself, this is literally the same avoidance that is present in the collab. So refer to my review for the collab if you want to know in depth why I love this avoidance so much.

However, I cannot give 9.99 for this specific .exe. The reason is that for some odd reason there are performance issues in this port. I have no clues what causes it, but I just saw that with both 'stream' option turned on and without it I had laggs occasionally.

It did make me a bit upset, since I never had issues with the original collab game.

This specific .exe does not have any stutter upon restarting unlike the original collab, but in exchange you still need to click on shift, because in this engine you are teleported back to the stats screen and you need to click shift to start avoidance. So, it does not necessarily change anything drastically.

I mean my rating is still 9.8, since this is excellent avoidance, and, honestly, it deserves existing on its own.

I still think that it is better to play on the collab version to avoid potential lag issues, but ultimately its up to you, if you do have both versions. After all it is the same avoidance.

As for the avoidance itself, I obviously would highly recommend this to anyone as I have said in my review for the original collab.
