Fun avoidance set to "1, 2 Fanclub" by Gumi and Rin
A good mix of RNG, pattern, and pattern masquerading as RNG. The trolls feel entertaining as they kill you, and are actually avoidable the first time if you pay close enough attention to the way the fight syncs with the music. The visuals themselves have a lot of neat callbacks to the MV for the song, which I enjoy a lot. There is a fair amount of waiting that can get boring if you're bad like me :^), but otherwise, this is a solid game.

Rating and review based on clear and extra clear
It's okay. Pretty standard needle that gets moderately difficult in the extra with nothing really special but it doesn't get too full of generic jumps. One thing that was annoying in the main game was the placement of some saves. The engine used has the bug where if you reset without dying you keep your vertical speed state along with double jump usage, and that problem is exacerbated by placement of some saves above ground, especially one which is literally only there to save jump from. Really no reason to place a touch save above the ground anyways. I like the bullet effects, the tileset, and the music though. Decent ambient needle with a moderate difficulty curve. Good if you're looking for this kinda stuff.
