I am left disappointed, since the game features 0 gay lizards. False advertising at its finest.
Seriously though, the game is two screens of generic traps with a recurring penalty room. The penalty room is actually the best part, because at least it does something unique.

The idea of a game where you go around making everything happy is certainly cute. However, this game boils down to just holding right with no substance at all.

For: I Wanna find the Killer
A neat concept for a puzzle game, where you have to figure out where the player died. Unfortunately, it doesn't really succeed as a puzzle game due to the wide range and unpredictable nature of blood splatters. There's usually a few candidates for which spike was the killer, and there's no real way to narrow it down other than guessing.

Renex's technical skill is on clear display with the fancy death animation and the signature smooth apples. However, the actual needle is pretty plain, with a lot of named jumps and otherwise just uninteresting needle. The difficulty balance is quite bad as well, I felt like the first jump in the second save was the hardest thing in the game by a good margin. Overall, there's no real reason to play this unless you're curious what Renex would make if forced into needle.

I love seeing the humble origins of one of my favorite makers. The game shows a strong sense of style, but otherwise is pretty lacking. I do like that each screen is a new idea, it makes the game more memorable despite the short runtime. However, the needle is pretty rough and the traps are mostly annoying. The boss is a joke, which is a bit disappointing. Overall though, I do like the aesthetics, and I'm glad this style would later evolve to better games.
