this game is quite an experience, and not a terrible one at that. pretty much every single design decision is so bafflingly unexplainable and downright bizarre that you will be left with nothing but confusion by the end of it. nothing seems to ever really make sense, and this game capitalizes on that fact perfectly - by simply compounding more and more nonsensical things on top of each other
I agree with the other reviewers who say this game is best enjoyed with some friends, as pretty much everyone can play it due to its low difficulty. this also means everyone can be equally confused observing this game's bizarre nature

not a bad game for its time, it might not hold up to today's standards but that doesn't mean the game is an atrocity by any means. it might be very instagibby with tons of annoying traps and weird stuff that doesn't make sense to play; however, the overall experience isn't the worst thing in the world. I found myself actually quite enjoying some of the bosses, despite their lack of any decent execution
graphics are a nightmare unfortunately, I hate how everything looks; especially when Ashimoto randomly throws in tiles from IWBTG

Needle game made for beginners.
The signs provide detailed instructions, including how to operate the controls and tips for jumping, making the game thoughtfully designed to be accessible even for first-time players.
While there are skips and the difficulty slightly increases in the final stage, it might still feel dull for advanced players.
Even so, this game serves as good practice for beginners.

I'm the creator.
This is an engine with various additions to IWBTE Seph edition.
However, most of it was ported from another engine, and there may be many coding errors.
I remember tinkering with the existing code for some reason, so it may be difficult to read.
By the way, I deleted this engine from my PC and no longer have it, so I cannot redistribute it, but if you have it, you may redistribute it. (Please use the Fangame archive if possible...)

既存のコードに、なぜか色々いじった記憶があるので、見にくかったりするかもしれません。
ちなみに、このエンジンは僕のPCから消して、手元には残っていないので、僕の方から再配布することはできませんが、これを持っている方は、再配布しても大丈夫です。(できるだけFangame archiveでお願いします...)

The avoidance is really enjoyable once you understand it, however it does have its downs with some atacks being kinda hard to react to but those are just a few, there is also a practice room to the right wihch is amazing for someone with trouble with consistency (like me), as for the visuals, it felt greatly polished, but I do warn you it can be flashy.
