Generally, the in-game difficulty ratings aren't that accurate. Nothing is more difficult than a 70, egg 2 is definitely not a 80, though I guess it's pretty difficult to give accurate ratings, since each area is so short.
The game as a whole is alright, nothing really stands out, but it's serviceable. Except for Chrisay's stage, I found the cycles to be obnoxious and it quickly turned into mindlessly ramming your face into the wall to find the correct cycle.
