Game starts off with several screens of infinite jump needle and some invisible blocks sprinkled in. After that you get a few screens of normal needle with some moving spikes and a few triggers. Ends with a simple apple boss.
Nothing much to say, it's simple, play if you like older needle.

This gets pretty hard towards the end. The amount of f-jumps and on the edge spike jumps is pretty annoying, but it wasn't that bad. Also, I think the game must have a memory leak or something, because it crashed a few times for me.
