Very fun game with some good stuff from a few fantastic makers. A couple stages put me off a little bit but nothing too heinous. The save balancing wasn't fantastic but I don't think that was really a problem.

Banger needle, very similar to Abducted style-wise, but with more smooth gameplay overall. The only part i was not really fond of is final stage, because of ice wines; but other that it was absolutely enjoyable stuff both atmosphere-wise and gameplay-wise

Based on 100 % clear. Another game that left me quite speechless for many reasons. So, overall i find this game fun. Stages are based on certain games (like Mario, OG Guy etc.) and mostly relies on enemies encounters and it was surprisingly interesting for most part. Some parts are definitely cringe-inducing, but overall the vibe is on point. Stuff like Zelda puzzles, Touhou clashes (boat cruise save is absolutely based), Mush-Mush stage, fun mess of Guy boss and so on, and so forth - it was all quite great
However, content after bad ending is not that great. Secrets are hidden pretty deep and they are not specifically fun, and they are also tend to be harder than regular platforming. However, real shit begins once you enter first EX area, which is Cirno shmup fight. While i'm absolutely not against stuff like that at all, can't lie this fight is horrendous - boring attacks leading to insane final pattern, which is one of the most frustrating attacks i've ever played. And the second EX area, which is multi-phase fight against Yukari Yakumo (actually she appears only in first phase, lol), that is ruined with absurd RNG design, making experience largely annoying (and again, i'm usually love mess, so i guess that's speaks for something)
All in all, pretty special game. Could carefully recommend any% if you old-school enjoyer, but you were warned about what comes in true ending path

very simple and organized, making it easy to read.
Also, the base(?) engine seems to be closer to engines like lemon and Yuuutu, rather than the YoYoYo Engine.

Probably the simplest engine you can get for GM82. It lacks filler and bloat and instead focuses on the bare essentials, as well as having a presentation similar to japanese engines such as the fabled Yuuutu Engine.
It's still very much a work in progress, starting development around a week ago according to the Github page, but if development of this keeps up I might actually switch to this as my main engine of choice for GM82 as this fulfills the wishes I had for a lightweight 8.2 engine.
Simply put, it achieves what it is stated to achieve and has potential of being a very great pick for most 8.2 users.
