This is a lovely fangame. It has a lot of charm, and I like its style. It's one of the first fangames made! The game was fun for most of the playthrough. The bosses and a few needle screens haven't aged well compared to other screens. But this can be overseen as of its age.

Fangame is one of the oldest Adventure games that exists, and I think it definitely shows that in the actual game play of it, most of which I found to be rather unjoyable.
I'll start by saying the route with the Pokémon stage was the best part of the game, that in itself is basically the first real trap stage and sets a good precedence for the future. Following this is a Pokémon fight style boss which also leads to incredible bosses in fangame history, but it's also where the game takes a turn for the worst. After you beat Mew, the fight then ends with a pokeball you have a time limit to kill by mashing, this is probably one of the most egregious things you can have at the end of a five phase boss.
After this stage, everything else starts to turn into an immediate train wreck. You've got so many copius segments that feel annoying as hell to play, such as two different saves with vanishing pattern blocks and one with a moving snake thing; these have got to be my least favorite tropes in all of platforming history. The water in this game is one of the most awkward things I've ever had to play in, the Doom boss was terrible to play unless you use auto fire, Glados homing missiles were extremely obnoxious, there's a chase with fake paths and blocks in it, the bat save was one of the most annoying things I've ever played; I'll stop here but it's definitely a longer list than this of stuff I greatly disliked.
Overall, I can't say I actually recommend this game since it includes almost every single thing you can put to make me dislike one. It's still an important piece of history though so I will say the game is still very playable.
