Classic Uhuhu style needle. Enjoyable and not too difficult. Some saves are rather long with the occasional choke jump at the end, but nothing worth complaining about really.

The difficulty without extra is around 55.
The save placement is a little unbalanced in extra. Actually without two saves (first yellow save and last green save, both with great choke last jump) the extra has only a difficulty of 60 I think.
