The megaman boss and the kirby platforming are really hard.

Chair 2 is a Needleventure game I tried my hardest to enjoy, but it never really hit me at all due to so many distasteful segments in it. It's a somewhat long game split into 13 stages, and it's a really mixed bag to how good each one is. Some of it was alright, such as a decent love gravity stage at the end, but some weren't, such as the stage with toggling Lava/Ice. Unfortunately, most of the alright stuff ended up just being the standard needle segments anyways, so the game would just go from frustrating to needle back and forth. The bosses also feel this way, though to a much more extreme degree of annoyance for some of them.

Now where the game really dropped off the cliff to me is at two different points. First, the MegaMan medley boss is probably my least favorite fight in any fangame ever and took way longer than the entire rest of the game combined. It felt insanely unbalanced and unfair, much like some bad Rukito/Eden boss, and I really feel like it's completely out of place in the game. I think it would at least be better if nerfed to have Gravityman flip in set positions on the far edges of the screen, Cutman not feel completely random, and the blue guy after him stay to one direction instead of being random. The second point revolves around gimmicks you shoot. At some point this game was updated to include autofire, I do thank the maker for it since it made the bosses not physically painful, but it also made those gimmicks absolute hell to play. The stage with toggling B/W spikes became a total slog to play and was pretty atrocious only because of the autofire. Having to do it in the last needle section of the final boss also sucked and definitely gave me a few undeserved deaths. The obvious play here would be to have it toggleable or disabled for these segments.

Because of these issues, I'm not really sure I can recommend playing this unless you like absurd difficulty balance and are able to find an old version without autofire.

Great and long adventure, its great that this game came out to be honest since it's an example of extreme hard work and perseverance, good job to stonk even if I'm years late

The short is a mostly good traditionnal adventure game with average bosses and banger musics. The long is a bit longer (what a surprise).
Chair 2 is a quite long sequel of what was an interesting game but with flaws. With 13 stages and 7 bosses, this one is way longer, with a lot of cool gimmicks (and some more tedious ones) and mostly decent bosses.
The platforming is the very strong point of the game, each stage is very distinctive from others with each time its own gimmick. I disliked a few of them but most were really cool and uncommon, I wish some of them are more used in fangames. Bosses are mostly decent but suffers from being very forgettable, actually only 2 of them stand out : the megaman one because it's probably the hardest part of the game and because you need to think about strats for beating him, and the final boss because he's nicely designed.
There are also two other things that are kinda special, and the first is the physics. This game uses unique physics, and it raises a big "why" because there are no reasons to not use standard physics in a game released in 2017 that hasn't been designed for using different physics. It makes some jumps more convenient (such as gates) but it makes a lot of other jumps more akward like, I shouldn't have to do a perfect full jump to do a random 4 blocks height jump. The second is the autofire, which is welcomed against some bosses but annoying when you have to shot buttons, I wish there was a way to enable/disable it.

A quite good game overall, I didn't mentionned it but the game has a lot of banger musics so there is no reasons to not play it.

A nice lengthy adventure game with a decent amount of challenge. I absolutely loved the platforming and the production value is great. My main grip with this game is the sheer amount of targeting on the bosses. That being said the bosses were all enjoyable except maybe the megaman medley boss. Overall a great game though, and definitely worth a play for any adventure fangame fan.
