Simple needle game with a nice pathing throughout the game.
A few saves could have been placed on the ground for better quick restart when being able to do a walk off kind of jump.
Only thing that could have been better would be the spike's graphics which could have used a lighter edge since it can blend with the background too well at times.
Because of this a few jumps seems way harder than they should be

While this game didn't really do anything special and the tile-set wasn't anything pretty, this was quite a fun clear. The pathing throughout was interesting and fun to follow through, the movement was also fun. While one comment said this game had bad save placing in spots, I disagree, the saves were just spaced out enough to not make the saves too short but not make them too exhausting either. The save lengths were pretty much perfectly balanced.
My only gripes with this game are nitpicks, really. Sometimes, and this could just be on my end, the screen would flash about seventy percent of the time when I reloaded, a bit of an eyesore, but nothing to worry about.
The game relies a bit too heavily on big drops and f-jumps and it seemed like most if not all the saves had one or the other. It would also have been nice to see some water or some vines in this game, perhaps.
Overall, with 2467 deaths and it taking me about an hour and fifty minutes, this game was a fun, short grind that I would recommend for anyone looking for something in the 40-50 range.
