Builds up to become one of the smoothest needle games I have ever played; the gimmicks introduced are very nice variants of previously seen gimmicks, and nader used them to create new and cool setups.

After completing the first two neon games back to back, I didn't expect much from this one, but man was I surprised. I should clarify: I didn't play those games back in 2014, maybe that could've affected how I see I wanna be the Neon and Neon 2 today: If they were good at the time, then they both aged like milk.
I wanna be the Neon 3 offers something fresh despite following the same formula established by previous games. It feels way more polished seeing a better usage of gimmicks that have been seen before, fantastic music choices and overall, much more fun to play. So fun I didn't care about the difficulty at all. There are some awkward saves occasionally but that's only a small portion of everything the game has to offer.
I highly recommend this fangame to those who are looking for a challenge as well as those who are looking to strengthen their skill. Don't feel intimidated by the difficulty rating I'm giving as it's more oriented towards the length of the game.
