Rating based on Medium mode.
This game contains a lot of bad elements, such as completely meaningless ammo limits, poorly adjusted RNG, and too-wide difficulty gaps between stages. However, it also includes good elements, such as the unique gimmicks seen in some stages and some fairly balanced boss difficulties (like Ludwig and The Guy), so I don't think it's a completely bad game overall.
However, since the bad elements generally stand out more, I do not recommend playing it.

Rating based on blind play version. Ten screens of really smooth gimmick needle experience. Last save of stage 3 and the first save of stage 5 is a bit awkward but overall excellent game.

Decently tough adventure game with a bit of an older feel to it, though still having its own fair share of flavor. Really enjoyed the variety of it and the focus of each stage revolving around a mechanic, makes for a good time since they're never too long as well. The final stage especially has some really interesting segments, though it admittedly feels harder by quite a bit. While I'm also generally not an avoidance enjoyer I thought the one in this was pretty decent, probably helps that you get HP in it to smooth it along some.
Pretty fun overall, a bit more difficult than expected from the ratings but it was worth playing for sure.
