I mean... If you LOVE trap games and have nothing better to do then yeah, it's alright. Sub-standard to be honest. Has restarting music and generic traps. The bosses were boring as all hell though so nothing special there. I don't know, wasn't worth my time to be honest, might be worth yours though... Who knows.

A somewhat short 2-stage needle game. The first stage is rather simple with the odd gimmick such as water and vines thrown in here and there but nothing too complicated, whereas the second stage focuses a lot more on jump refreshers, and starts to make jumps a little more tricky to pull off. I found a couple of refresher jumps were surprisingly tricky given the difficulty up until that point, but it wasn't a big issue.
Visuals used an outline style for the kid and a black/white style for the rest of the sprites, changing to green for the second stage. I'm always a fan of outline styles even if it wasn't used for the spikes, so no complaints here.
Would recommend if you're looking for a relatively short needle game to kill some time on.

Cool avoidance where the background is a video clip. The RNG can be bullshit sometimes, but it's short enough that even less advanced avoidance players can enjoy.

I can tell a lot of effort went into the production of this game. There's a lot to see here and a lot of it is pretty cool and well done. At the same time I feel like maybe it was a little over produced as some of the visuals at times become a detriment to the gameplay for me. Some of the obstacles were just not easy enough to stand out on top of all the other things going on. The optional spotlight seemed sort of pointless because nobody in their right mind would ever deliberately make something harder like that when they have the option to turn it off.
The platforming is above average difficulty, but again because of visual issue in some areas, is made needlessly harder. Despite this, the atmosphere of the game is really cool and it's probably still worth playing. I just found myself getting annoyed a lot while playing it due to the above issues.
