Three screens of platforming followed by an avoidance. The platforming wasn't exactly basic but anyone with decent needle skills won't really struggle. The third screen has a really awkward save placement which confuses me as to why it's there in the first place, but thankfully the others don't suffer from this problem.
The game seems really made just for the avoidance. Whilst the avoidance is actually pretty interesting with the small octagonal stage and mix of grayscale and rainbow colour schemes, it's unfortunately not all that interesting to play. The intro lasts far too long and the safe spots make it so you don't have to move for over half of the fight. There are only a few moments you really need to move for, and they're relatively simple to dodge. The concept was pretty nice, but the execution made it unfortunately boring to play.

This game has a lot of variety for how short it is. Each stage brings something totally different, whether it be controllable gravity switching, Super Mario-styled platforming and even an RPG stage where you can level up and progress by killing enemies. There are various bosses too, which are fairly simple in terms of difficulty but remain enjoyable to fight.
I would've liked to see each stage expand upon the gimmicks for a little longer or make the stages themselves more expansive, and some areas felt more polished than others, but it doesn't detract from the overall quality of the game. Would recommend for anyone looking for a short game with some interesting ideas.

Good needle with nice graphics. The songs are hilariously random for a needle game, or any game at all. Would recommend if you mute.
