For long time this was one of the most mysterious Leehe's works. It was mentioned in Dagger's Niconico community (or maybe blog), where list of Birthday games were mentioned. And for some reason Leehe did make celebratory game indeed. It is unknown if this game was ever published on Blog Naver or Guyfan Cafe Naver. All we know now is that the .exe date is 27/01/2013.
The contents of the game are quite nothing-burger. You have 2 screens of needle filled with traps. 1st screen has pretty easy needle, except like maybe save 1, where you need to do 2 corners with what seems like a bad align. However, the last save connects to the next screen. And you need to do ~4 second filler walking towards a screen that has 1 invert, 1 double diamond and 2 fake block traps. Horrendous design.
Even worse are audio-visual aesthetics. Visuals are kind of fine - just your usual Leehe stuff, but this time centered around birthday theme. Audio wise there are some interesting things to note: game has very weird first and second jump sound ; different happy birthday songs have been playing throughout the game.
In the very end of the game you have a cake and you get spawned to the 'Happy Birthday' screen with an auto-save before the cake. Your timer stops once you enter the 'Happy Birthday' screen.
This game even without final save was really nothing special. Maybe 37 difficulty needle, but nothing serious. The final save is just the whole another story.
I initially rated this game as 48 difficulty and 3.5 rating, but now I want to raise up my difficulty rating. I have no clues how to rate this, since I felt like I was doing worse with invert jumps now in my 2nd playthrough in 2025. But doing both jumps in the same save is not an easy task at all.
The only thing I like here is the title screen and the title screen song. Everything else just makes you frustrated. Both times game took somewhere between 20-30 minutes, but if you are not that used to needle, then this might be very boring and annoying to do.
This game lacks any creativity, although you do see Leehe's personality. This whole trolling is very much in his style.
But it is not a good game to play. Just watch my playthrough on YouTube if you are curious about this presumably unreleased Leehe's work.
Would not recommend.

It definitely feels weird clearing Freezemind before even knowing about the existence of Burnmind. I guess that's what being a relatively new fangamer does to you.
Anyways, like many other people have said, this game is not for everyone. If you hate gimmicks, and/or visual challenges, avoid this game at all costs. It was not made for people like you in mind and you will NOT enjoy it. With that being said, though, I absolutely loved every second of this game. Some of the stages, while yes, are just shader spam, more often than not they don't stick around for very long at all; which is what I also think this game does well: there are no random difficulty spikes which makes every stage fun to play. I was done with each stage in around 10-30 mins, making them good spots to quit the game and come back to as bite-sized pieces of gameplay.
I will say the final boss is very underwhelming though! Definitely expected the buildup to something a bit more. All in all, HIGHLY recommend for those seeking something different from your standard adventure, avoidance, or needle.
